A smaller way to develop
True Estate builds homes in Malta for people who plan to stay. To true a stone is to work it until it is exactly square. That is the standard we hold a building to.
What we hold to
Few buildings
We work on one building at a time, and we stay with it from the first drawing to the last key.
Local stone first
Franka is the reason Malta looks the way it does. It leads every facade we design.
Plans before pictures
Every room is resolved for furniture, daylight and storage before anyone sees a rendering.
Finished means finished
The joint, the reveal and the door closer are design decisions, not site decisions.
